  Very nice dealership, the salesman I spoke with was not shy to introduce me to the owner and the service supervisor, the service lady who helped me with the issues with my truck was very organized, very good customer retention. I will use this ford dealer from now on. I would recommend this place for anyone seeking refuge from other ford dealers

  The new owner Denis and the sales manager Pierre have been great. I finally had people that listened to my concerns about the car I was driving. They did what I consider what they could to get me out of that car and into a car that I would feel safe driving. They are both people person and really care about the image of embrun ford and about our community. Melissa and Cody in service never got tired of seeing me and provided me with great service everytime i came in.

  By far the best experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Dennis the owner, Pierre the Sales Manager, and Ben Barkin the sales rep were very professional, friendly and know how to get to the point and get the job done.   I have been here twice once myself and once with the Hubby. Both times were great service and I will continue to use Embrun Ford! I needed an oil change my work schedule conflicted with their hours but I was told to come drop off my SUV and take a loaner free of charge just put gas back in it my SUV was ready the next morning when I working so I picked up after service hours and dropped off their loaner!
